We all acquire them whether we love them or detest them, undesirable presents can be an absolute nuisance, especially if they are big in size. There is literally no where to put them. What what is it that you can do with a gift that you simply do not like? I mean there is no way that you can turn around to the individual and say that you do not like it. So lets take a look at a few things you could possibly do.
Give it to Charity
This is probably in my opinion the best option. Charities tend to get a lot of second hand items. So they would be ever so happy to receive something new. It is also said that New Year is the busiest time of the year for charity shops and that's simply because of the fact that a huge volume of people are bringing back their unwanted gifts. So you do not have to feel as sorry.
Give it to Family
You could try giving it to your brother or sister, or even a different family member. Just make sure that the person you give it too does not notice, otherwise there will be trouble.

Throw it Away
If you genuinely detest it that much then you could look at the hypothesis of throwing it away or giving it to a recycling centre. But again if the person that gave it to you decides to ask where it is, you may have to come up with some quick answers.
There are also a vast amount more of things that you should be doing. I am confident that if you do something good with the gift, then the person that gave it to you will not be too upset. As I would preferably contribute something away to charity instead of letting it decompose in the shed someplace.
